Due to the nature of our products and enhanced safety measures, we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges at this time. Please read the product descriptions thoroughly before making a selection. 
 

Damages and issues

We completely understand that packages may become damaged during transit. Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us via email within 5 days of delivery with photographic proof of the damaged product (this is for our own records as well as USPS')
